Ingredients
4 Eggs
3 cups plus 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar, divided
14 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine, softened, divided
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, melted
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Flour
6 oz. White Chocolate
1 pkg (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350F.

 

2. Separate eggs. Reserve egg yolks for later use. Place egg whites in medium bowl. Gradually add ½ cup sugar, beating constantly with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

 

3. Beat 10 Tbsp. butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Blend in dark chocolate. Add reserved egg yolks and 2/3 cups of the remaining sugar; mix well. Gradually beat in flour. Fold in egg whites.

 

4. Spoon into 18 paper-lined muffin pan cups.

 

5. Bake 25 to 30 min, or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove cupcakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely.

 

6. Melt white chocolate as directed on package; cool slightly. Beat cream cheese and remaining butter in a large bowl with mixer until blended. Add white chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Gradually beat in remaining sugar.

 

7. Spoon frosting into piping bag fitted with start trip; use to pipe frosting onto tops of cupcakes. Garnish with GODIVA® Masterpieces Dark Chocolate Ganache Hearts.
